Fun for the Little Ones
Our 3-year-old daughter had a fabulous time exploring the park. Her sense of adventure was truly awakened as she ran through the lush greenery and played on the various rides at the fun fair. Watching her laughter and joy was truly heartwarming.
Musical Delights
One of the highlights of our visit was listening to the beautiful brass band playing in the park. The music added a charming ambiance to the already picturesque surroundings, making it a truly magical experience.
Entertainment for All Ages
We decided to try our hand at the crazy golf course, and it was a blast! With obstacles and challenges that were engaging yet not too difficult, it provided amusement for the entire family. It’s an activity we definitely recommend if you’re looking to add some friendly competition to your day.
Accessibility and Amenities
Haigh Woodland Park is very accessible, making it easy for families with strollers or individuals in wheelchairs to explore. There are well-maintained paths, making navigation smooth and stress-free. The park also features clean toilets, baby changing facilities, and a variety of shops and cafes to grab a quick bite or enjoy a leisurely meal. And let’s not forget the ice cream vans scattered throughout the park, which were a big hit with our little one!
Events and Extras
The park frequently hosts events, so it’s worth checking their website to see what’s on during your visit. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to ride the miniature trains this time around, but we’ll be sure to come back for that adventure next time. At just £3.50 for over 90 minutes, it’s a fantastic deal!
